Communicate quickly and reliably anytime, anywhere, on any device

3n InstaCom enables an organization to assign administrative and broadcast roles to key members of the organization. Broadcast functions are reserved for organization leaders and group leaders. Organization leaders can send messages to any individual, group, or to all members of their organization. Group leaders are allowed to send messages to the groups they are assigned to lead.

  • Message initiation from anywhere. Initiate broadcasts from virtually anywhere, anytime by phone or internet.
  • Unlimited contact devices. Send messages to any device via any method, including phone (mobile, land line, and satellite), email, instant messaging, text messaging (native SMS), PDA (including BlackBerry®), alpha or numeric pager, fax, and more.

  • Intelligent, preference-based message delivery. The 3n system delivers messages in your contacts’ order of preference and stops once a recipient confirms receipt. Messages are never spam-blasted to recipients on all devices indiscriminately, which can stress regional, local, or internal communication systems and overwhelm or just annoy your audience.
  • Global support. The 3n system works in more than 230 countries. Record messages in any language with system prompts in English (U.S. and U.K.), Spanish (Latin America and Europe), French, Portuguese, Italian, Danish, Norwegian, Swedish and German.
  • Efficient message creation. Send voice and text messages on a single broadcast with 3n’s easy, three-step process. Record your own voice message via phone or computer or convert text messages to speech automatically. Text messages will be delivered to text devices and audio messages will be delivered to audio devices.
  • Surveying and data collection. 3n’s versatile and robust polling feature enables an organization to survey its members by sending a notification that includes a multiple-choice question with up to nine different responses and the option to collect data, such as alternate phone numbers.
  • Live call transfer. Give anyone receiving your message the option of connecting to one of your representatives on any number you specify.
  • Customizable caller ID. Users can set the system to use a recognizable phone number of their choice to show in the recipient's caller ID for voice notifications, increasing the likelihood recipients will pick up the call.
  • Scenario management and message library. Record messages in advance and store them in the organization's message library for future use. Build scenarios for various situations, such as earthquakes, hurricanes, and workplace violence, for one-click sending. An organization can set up one or multiple concurrent broadcast scenarios with pre-defined contact lists and pre-recorded messages for even faster communications.
  • Message scheduling. Send broadcasts immediately, or schedule to be sent at a future date and time or on a daily, weekly, or monthly recurring basis.
  • Custom greetings. Create a customized greeting that introduces all voice messages.
  • Email attachments. Add attachments to email messages for important addendums, such as changes in evacuation routes or new HR policies.
  • PIN-based message security. Require recipients to use a pre-determined PIN to access a phone message.
  • Message escalation. Escalate messages to a designated sequence of contacts in the event a primary contact person is unavailable.
  • One-click re-broadcasting. Re-broadcast a message only to those who did not confirm receipt of the message.
  • Quota notifications. Quota notifications terminate broadcasts after a set number of positive confirmations.

3n InstaCom includes a comprehensive set of reports that provide a detailed audit trail by broadcast of who was contacted and how and when they confirmed receipt of the message. Member, group, and usage reports are also available.

Manage members quickly and easily

An organization may need to send messages to several different types of contacts (e.g., employees, customers, and vendors). Message recipients are considered members of the subscriber organization. Members can be added, maintained, and categorized easily into groups.

  • Unlimited administrators. Assign as many or as few administrators as you require with no additional charges or implementation delays.
  • Quick data upload processes. Add, update, and delete members quickly and easily individually or through an online upload process.

  • Flexible data management options. Maintain contact data in your own system and automate system synchronization.
  • Self-registration capabilities. Enable members to opt in or out of receiving notifications from you or to provide additional contact details with a custom self-registration portal.
  • Contact data self-maintenance. Allow members to update their own contact information at any time directly in the 3n system or from within your internal systems.
  • Recipient-specified contact preferences. Give members the ability to prioritize the order in which their communication devices will be attempted to ensure the greatest likelihood of reaching them.
  • Unlimited groups and subgroups. Organize contacts into groups and subgroups. Each group can consist of individual members and other groups. The 3n system will not send duplicate messages to individuals belonging to multiple groups assigned to a broadcast.
